  • When Can I Move In?

    IMMEDIATELY. Once you have rented and paid for your storage unit, you will have immediate access and be able to move in at once.

  • When Can I Rent A Unit?

    Anytime. During normal business hours feel free to stop by our office located at 293 Portland Road in Bridgton. We will be happy to assist you in renting a unit.

  • How Much Notice Needs To Be Given Before I Move Out?

    10 days written notice.

  • Do I Have To Sign A Long Term Contract?

    No. All contracts are month to month. If you rent a storage unit after the 15th of the current month, the next month’s rent is due at that time as well as an administrative fee. We ask that if you rent a 10 x 30 we ask that you commit to renting with us for at least 6 months.

  • When Is Rent Due?

    Rent is due on the 1st of every month. A late fee will be assessed on the 6th day after the due date. Occupant will owe a $20.00 late fee.

  • What Type Of Documentation Do I Need To Provide To Rent A Storage Unit?

    A U.S. government issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, state issued ID, U.S. passport or other government issued photo ID.

  • How Do I Make A Payment?

    You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website.

    You can also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card on a monthly basis. The automatic payments are processed on the first business day of the month.

  • What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

    Cash, checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard or Discover.

  • Do You Sell Boxes And Storage Supplies?

    Yes we have many items to help you with your move. Please visit our store to see our products.

  • How Do I Know How Much Storage Space I Will Need?

    You can use our size guide, our space estimator, or contact our Manager for assistance at (207) 803-8497.

  • Are There Any Items That I Am NOT Able To Store?

    We do have some restrictions. You can call our Manager for more information.

  • Does There Have To Be Someone In The Office To Let Me Through The Security Gates?

    No. Once you have rented a unit you will have access from 6:00am to 9:00pm. If you need access during off hours you will need to contact our Manager and a fee will be assessed.

  • Do You Have Handcarts And Dollies Available At Your Facility?

    Yes.
